It's simple, all you must do is refrain from eating meat once a week. it can be any day of the week, but just to make it easier, having one consistent day, such a Monday (and Meatless Monday is catchy too!) First of all, one day of eating all fruits and veggies won't hurt you, in fact it's great for your health! According to a Harvard University study, refraining from meat once a week decreases the risk of heart disease by 19% and also reduce the risk of diabetes. It's also good for the environment because it reduces the amount of fossil fuel used to raise livestock, making it win-win for everyone.
