Ummmm, what? Yes.

Vegan used to be equated with well, not too delicious. How can anything without butter, without flour, without animal parts be good? In this day and age though, vegan chefs and enthusiasts have stepped up their game and changed the image of this lifestyle choice.

Cookie Bar in Kapitolyo is fortunately, and unfortunately (HA!) right near where I live, so it's easy for me to order the delicious cookies owner Ivory Acosta churns out everyday. When I went to pick up another order (of Nutella Ferrero Rocher cookies OMG but I'll save that for another post) she gave me some of these vegan goodies to try out. They are made with coconut oil instead of butter, coconut sugar and contain 65% dark chocolate. I think I ate all three before I even got home. Oops!
